Event planning
Similar to OpenSondage, the ability in a chat to start a poll for when an event can happen
Link Previews in chat
Render link previews in a chat. For articles, this would mean headlines and cover images. For image links, this would mean rendering the image inside of the chat
Read receipts / markers
Show read receipts/markers as little avatars on right side like FB Messenger maybe?
Make an option to see userid's instead of nicknames.
Some users change their nickname quite often, which of course is their prerogative; however, it can be confusing for those of us, with a bad memory for names. Ideally, a global default, and then individual settings on per user basis would be nice.
Send voice messages
As a modern user used to using WhatsApp, I'd like to be able to send short voice messages
Send pictures
I'd like to be able to take a picture from the app, send it and have it show up in the conversation
Send video messages
I'd like to be able to record a video from the app, send it and show a thumbnail with a play button
Share Media List
I'd like to see a list of all the Media that was sent in a conversation so I don't have to scroll in the history to find them
Display names according to my contacts on phone
I'd like an option to use the same name that is registered in my contacts on my phone. That way I'm sure to identify them even if they use a Nickname.
Clear conversation
As I like to keep my history tidy, I'd like to be able to clear the history of a conversation without impacting the history of other persons in the room.
Delete conversation
I'd like to be able to delete a conversation from my lists without leaving the room.
